STRAY DOG MANAGEMENT TEAM

  1. Dog lovers have a responsibility too, to take care of the injured humans due to loved Dogs aggressive assault or bite.
  2. There are well known redidents here having good rapport with NGO run Shelter Homes in addn to Sector 94 by NA.
  3. Volunteers are thus required from amongst the Animal Lovers/ Feeders to come to the aid of Residents
  4. The SoP on Dog Bites will be further refined after the Names are recd in order to organise the prevention from Dog Bites and procedures post a injury / dog bite.

Vehicle Stickers for Personal Vehicles were introduced about four & a half years ago, keeping into consideration of the Security and smooth Entry/Exit of known vehicles with a Veh Sticker.

SoP on Dog Bite / Injuries/ Mental Harrasment for Prevention of Cruelty to Humans

  1. Fwd Mob No of the Victim &/or the aggrieved person to RWA.
  2. The SPCA rep will contact on the No to obtain first hand info . Necessary action to evacuate the aggressive dog to Dog Shelter Home for medical evaluation and treatment will be taken by SPCA, Noida empanelled with NA.
  3. Any person attempting to obstruct the evacuation by SPCA will be liable to action under Dog Policy of NA to be read in conjn with Animal Welfare Board Laws.
  4. The Dog in question will be relocated at the same Area after appropriate Medical treatment.
  5. Copy of Medical Prescription to the Victim may also be handed over to the SPCA rep while evacuation of the Offensive Dog(s).
  6. Information of Dog Biter with photograph where possible, general location will simultaneously be given to RWA to liaison with Dog Shelter, Sector 94, Shri R.K. Sharma (Ph 9205 691 268).
  7. Fellow Residents to help in above

SoP on SECURITY

  1. Henceforth any household luggage transported OUT/IN will be allowed only on proper Verification of Resident, whether Tenant or Owner.
  2. Clearance Certificate from RWA would be needed for this purpose.
  3. Pls follow / convey to the Tenants to avoid interruption by the Guards and inconvenience caused thereby.
  4. The above is Issued in view of Security, need to update Records of the Residents and ‘No Dues’ towards the RWA.
  5. Gate Pass for taking out the Items, equipment for repairs or any other purpose, duly authorized by a Resident is also mandatory as hithertofore.
  6. Owners are particularly requested to please Note this guideline and accordingly advise the Tenants to follow the prevailing Norms in the Society.

SoP on Garden Waste

In view of constant queries about disposal of Garden Waste; it has been decided to install a composting plant in plot A 51. Photo attached.
Residents may advise their gardeners to dispose off their garden Waste in the same.

E-Loader will also be available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday between 1500-1645 hours for removal of the same. Charges are: For paid residents:

Rs. 50/trip without labour and
Rs. 150/trip with labour.

For non-subscibers:
Rs. 150/trip without labour
Rs. 300 with labour.

No items apart from compostable material will be permitted. (No tree branches, large twigs, etc)

SoP on Bio-Med waste

Option 1. You may get a Medical Van to collect such stuff. However, that’s what Clinics Gen do being large in qty.

Option 2. Put the waste in a yellow/Orange colored bag, tightly tied, for collection by garbage Van.

Option 3. Dig a pit a little deeper than the bag. Dump it & close the pit.
