As discussed please find an attached Relevant Document and below details for your reference to conduct a camp in your society.
In compliance to directions issued by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways vide notification G.S.R. 1162(E) dated 04-12-2018 and S.O. 6052 (E) dated 06-12-2018, Installation of High Security Number Plate and 3rd colour sticker has to be implemented through Vehicle Manufacturers and their dealers.
The EPCA and the HonÂ’ble Supreme Court are also monitoring the progress of affixation of HSRP and Colour Coded stickers in WPC No. 13029/1985 titled M.C.Mehta V/s UOI & Ors.
Transport Department NCT of Delhi issued circulars also please find an attached UP Govt. Notification for HSRP no. plates and stickers.
- No. DC/OPS/TPT/1321/2018/72577 dated 16/10/2019 and
- No. DC/OPS/TPT/1321/2018/80157 06/11/2019,
for implementation of HSRP/Colour Coded Sticker on all old/existing vehicles registered in the State, wherein directions were issued to obtain HSRP/Colour Coded Sticker only through authorized source of concerned OEMs in NCT of Delhi.
Those vehicles that already have HSRP, only 3rd colour sticker needs to be installed.
Vehicle manufacturers has assigned the HSRP Project to HSRP Suppliers depending upon their production capabilities, embossing Setups, their network and establishments in the States.
In NCT of Delhi major Vehicle Manufacturer has awarded the rights to support their dealers with HSRP / Colour Coded Stickers to three HSRP Suppliers. Accordingly HSRP Suppliers authorized by vehicle manufacturers created their online portals to facilitate ordering of HSRP and Colour Coded Stickers by Vehicle Owners, namely :

we would like to run a camp for installation of these plates and / or 3rd sticker for 2 days (Thursday 4th Feb and 5th Feb Friday) at your location. Attached is the work flow for your reference.

Note: All payments to made via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, as of now we are only doing Delhi, Himachal and UP Registration and we don’t have authorization to do Mahindra, Honda, Tata and TVS UP Registration.
